Yahoo.com says you can now purchase the Xbox 360 Arcade edition for $199, which $50 lower than the Nintendo Wii.  The $199 version of the Xbox comes with a 256 MB memory card and a controller.

Other Xbox bundles have undergone price cuts as well.  The Premium edition (which includes a 60 GB hard drive) is now $299, and the Elite which includes a 120 GB hard drive is priced at $399.

The 60GB XBOX 360 Pro that is being sold for $299, is already at Target stores. Click here to read more. The thing I want to know is if you can buy the 60GB hard drive separately? We have a 20GB model and it’s almost maxed out and the 120GB Hard Drive is too expensive.

XBox 360s are rumored to sell for $299 this coming weekend nationwide. This will be for the PRO version of the system, not the arcade which is already priced at $279. So it basically drops from $399 to $299. Good deal.
